Welcome to Bigger Pocket a community of real estate investors learning from each other. We started a similar journey about one year and it has been exciting. The first few months, I listened to numerous podcasts and read everything I could get my hands on. I also participated in several webinars. I suggest you use all of the resources that BP has to offer to your benefit. 

To date, we now own three rental properties and this is just the beginning of our plan. I and many others REI are looking forward to 2017, since the landscape has changed, providing us the perfect avenue to invest and secure passive cash flow.

Keep posting and asking questions it is the best way to learn. Good luck...

You might want to start by using the tool tab at the top of the screen to review webinars, podcast, and read the topic specific blogs.  Whatever you decide to do on BP will be a wise learning experience.
