I have flipped on 11 unit apartment building and am counting the costs of being an independent loan broker.

Any advice on where to start?

I am going to focus on the loans that do not require a license, so commercial and some state's HML.

Great question.  I asked their customer service and got this response "yes we can provide taxdelinquent information for Washington county in Oregon."

I asked which tab that was under and have not heard back from two separate contact.  They seem resistant to answer questions over email and instead want to have a sales call.

Howdy all,

Moving to Portland from Houston Texas.  Excited about the next phase there and look forward to meeting your all in the area.

Moving to Portland myself and will be meeting with GC @Michael Do with a similar goal.  I have a few spreadsheets from the Houston market that I have made and need to convert them to Portland.

I am happy to contribute to this group and share my spreadsheets, but I will not be in town until the 15th of November.  Excited to see what comes of the meeting on the 7th.
