Mike, do you think property is less expensive in other states because it is more or less desirable than property in California? Plenty of BP posts by California investors who regret investing in cheap, Midwest markets. Higher maintenance, higher vacancy and less appreciation. Always take investing advice from realtors with a grain of salt. Best of luck to you.

Just keep in mind that turnkey investing requires the same due diligence as finding properties on your own. Trust but verify. Get your own appraisal etc.

The problem is that you are renting to tenets. Once you start renting to tenants it can only get better.

Agreed. Way too much emphasis on scaling quickly versus buying quality properties and finding an investment strategy that works.
