Leah, the key as with any property purchase is to do your due diligence. Get your own appraisal and your own inspection. Turnkey can be fine but also stories of investors visiting their properties and finding a gutted house with no tenants. Just approach and investigate like you would any other real estate purchase.

I would suggest not buying any property “ASAP” but only when the numbers make sense and don’t buy anything without having plenty of cash reserves. Good luck.
