I owned rentals in an "over 50" community. Those properties are generally less expensive than comparable properties . The main downside was that like many retirement communities the HOA was high and always going up which is why I sold for a nice profit and invested elsewhere.

Seems like those of us who drive nice cars are avoiding this thread. I'm a "car guy" so I buy used Porsches, BMW's etc. I always buy used and pay cash. Never trying to impress anyone, I just like how German cars drive....

I personally would never buy a property “sight unseen” but that’s just me.

I would like to invest in an unconscious community. Keep the tenants in a state of suspended animation. No late night phone calls. Rent always paid on time......

Jalon,you don't need a LLC, coach, CPA or personal trainer to get started, lol. The important thing when starting out is to have a very clear goal. Not, "I want to buy real estate." Your goal will determine how you proceed. You've got this.
