Good luck man, I didn't quite have enough capital to get this going in Vic for myself, so I'm looking Stateside. Over the past year of looking in Vic, I learnt you have to be quick! to get a deal, or a foreclosure, or buy it seasonally in the low season (Nov-Jan).

The best advice I have for Victoria is network a bunch right off the bat. A great guy to talk to in Victoria BC is Steve Nguyen. He understands investors, and is a realtor. He's with NAI commercial. Look him up online and give hime a shout! Some good lenders I spoke with were Paul Daniels (Vancity) and Tyler McTaggart (CIBC), as well as a mortgage broker in Vancouver named Robert Klein.

Just wondering what you mean by "serious cashflow"? :) What sort of numbers do you usually get? (Like, how much net cashflow for what price of property? Any real number examples?) Thanks so much for your time in replying.

I've been looking around and can't seem to find any Canadians actively doing MH investing in Canada the way @John Fedro and @Bill Neves seem to do. Are there any Canadians out there doing individual MH investing in Canada? And what has your experience been like? (re: general numbers for profit/cashflow, prices, frequency of deals, ease/difficulty, and anything else you think is interesting to note :) I greatly appreciate your comments and thoughts! @Waverly Rennie Just curious as to where your VR is in Victoria? I'm from there… How has it been for you w/cap rates, etc? Does it cash-flow?
