What a great story,! Following in hopes of hearing more details regarding @Diane G.'s questions.

@Bryan O., I've been on the eRentalLock site and can't quite wrap my head around how this works. They say you don't need an internet connection to create and change codes remotely? How the heck does that work? Since you have experience with them, can you elaborate a bit?

@Kim Meredith Hampton, @Andrew Ashby, @Jim Adrian, @Jeff Greenberg

Thank you all for the feedback, very much appreciated! I'll explore these options and circle back with other questions that may come up as well. Thanks again!

My partners and I are currently invested in multi-family properties in rural areas. We currently have onsite management that is overseen by our in-house property management company but we're looking for further efficiency. Is anyone aware of a key-less lock system that we can use on our properties? I'm asking specifically for each individual unit, not the main entrances. Ideally, we would be able to change the "code" or "key" remotely so we wouldn't have to physically visit the sites to accomplish this. Any info, suggestions or first hand experience would be greatly appreciated!
