San Antonio is a great city and has a lot to offer.
As far as the type of investment, turn key might just be the “safer” route for you being out of state. There are still other factors that we’d need to look at to help determine what best fits you and your goals.

I agree with @Nathan Gesner, we don’t know what will happen down the road. We go off of what recent history has shown us and appreciation is something we definitely hope for.
In some cases, especially here in San Antonio we look at trends and see what future developments in certain areas are likely to bring.
