@Max T.pardon my French Max. Give me a problem of this magnitude that the government has fixed in say the last 30 years n m with you. California is the epicenter for homelessness in the country there has been a one new party rule they have the resources and still can’t fix the problem. The states can’t even give out the money provided by the federal government for rent assistance. Can you imagine not knowing how to give out money! That’s bananas. In almost any problem that we have the more the government gets involved they make the problem worse.

The name of the town is not very important right now. Right now is a great market for flipping. And Barstow is as good as many other small and medium size towns. Now if you finances allowed it by all means invest in riverside corona oc  la. But if ur limited in cash and financial reach like most newbies, Barstow is waiting.

Politics is a very dirty business so we avoid it and let the wacos take over. These know it all, liberal politicians have to buy political loyalty from the voters and make laws that force us, the people to pay for it. Real estate is a very deep pocket no surprise that they would go after it. The way covid was dealt with was 95% politics. Do  not be surprise if eviction restrictions get extended.

Yes that’s too good to be true. Also paying fees upfront is not usually how it works. Look deep into those guys and make sure that they are legit. Good luck

That sucks. I guess it depends on your local laws. In my lease I have a holding deposit, this is a deposit for the privilege of holding the place so by holding it m doing my part and if she cancels the leaseI am entitle to the deposit. In your case if ur deposit is not specifically called a holding deposit is a little murky. Find out what the law is.
