@Jacob Dimick If you sing an FHA affidavit you are going to live in the property I do not foresee any issues.

FHA 203k Loan is Red Bull - You can make more money on the buy.

I am going to have to sue a developer. Is there a recommended company or website that can look up someone assets? I am dealing with someone thats great at hiding property they own etc.
