Hosting a fun Cash Flow Game Night to take away some of the winter blues! 

If anyone's read Rich Dad Poor Dad they've heard of this game and now is the perfect time to play and try for yourselves! This will be an exciting and more interactive way of meeting up with people in the industry, network, and learn what deals people have going on in and around Boston.

@Christian Ferreira   call a local bank where the property is located.  Banks locally have to lend within there Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)  area and therefore have easier guidelines within the zone.  

Hello BP,

Has anyone taken the online class " Keys to Real Estate Success" by the Black Swan Group?  The class was created by Chris Voss the Author of  "Never Split The Difference"   The book is an A+, I just do not want to waste $199. What are everyone's thoughts? 

Whats a better investment college or mentorship?

@Vinay H.    I never do my own deals. If I am selling the buyer needs to get pre-approved at Fairway (I give two names) and If I buy I go outside my organization.  The reason why I go outside Fairway is to keep things confidential and not have to deal with employee/employer issues if a loan can not get sold.
