Where I live, 1 million gives you a nicer suburban tract home. Nice looking house, I can't imagine spending that much money on one though. It is 2547 sq ft.

Are the townhomes in the south coast metro area? I know that condos/townhomes in that area have a land lease that expires sometime around 2017.
Personally I'd be a little nervous.
