Welcome @Darrell Perez ! BP is definitely a great place to start! That's great you're listening to the podcasts, have you set up any keyword alerts for your area or for flipping? If not, I highly suggest it...they come in pretty handy.

@Earl Mclaughlin Welcome to BP & REI! Bigger Pockets is such a great resource and is full of helpful information. I'd suggest listening to the podcasts & setting up some keyword alerts (www.biggerpockets.com/alerts) for your area and the type of investing you're interested in.
Best of luck!

Welcome to BP! You sound like you're well on your way to a solid investment career. I like how you're already thinking of renting out your townhouse after being there 1yr. I've been having the same thoughts of renting out my house near downtown Denver, that I've only lived in a year, and finding another investment. There are definitely tons of options. I'd suggest picking the option that best fits what you're looking for in your personal living situation since you'll be using it as a principal residence..I'm assuming. A home with an accessory dwelling certainly has its appeal. Look forward to hearing what you choose.

Great advice @Stephen Barton ! I always believe honesty is the best policy. I totally agree with @Christine P. , that karma...you know what they say about her, I don't want to piss her off.

Hey @Jaime Arredondo welcome to BP! This is definitely a great source of endless information and networking possibilities. I highly recommend setting up keyword alerts at www.biggerpockets.com/alerts to find out what's going on in your area. Also, listen to the podcasts, I've learned a lot from those.
