Form an LLC and borrow in that entity. No limit on number of loans, so long as you have the wherewithal to back them up. Good luck.

If you are not in the mining business, run far and run fast. Environmental and reclamation obligations can be enormous. There will be other deals that will be much easier to digest. Good luck.

We always get an inspection. The potholes we have avoided because of inspections over the years have far a outweighed what we have paid inspectors. Good luck.
