I sign for Sean Terry Academy, Even though, I haven't apply everything he teaches, is not his fault, but mine for not following as he said to do. So far that program with bigger pockets are 2 of the 3 vest investments I have done.

he not only teach how to wholesale, but also how to grow and run it as a business.

I have learn that most people talk about thinks they don't know, so as an advice never listen to those people.

If you are a wholesaler, I do recommend to sign up for his academy. It will be a good investment for you.

Think about it this way. You have no money down, so your cash flow is negative that means that you will be paying your down payment for 5 years and on top of that you could have tenants to pay for some bills or add a laundromat or another service to brake even during those 5 years. Then you will have a very high positive cash flow.

so far I have only see comments from people that haven't got through the program and people that got scared from a sales pitch, so is hard to take a good opinion about RD coaching, hopefully someone has gone through it to post some more info about all this.

Let's put it like this, a 1950 mustang all new repainted and update it or a 1990 mustang with no updates , what is more likely to brake down sooner? If electrical, AC and plumbing are new or replace on the remo I'll go for the old one. At the end the old mustang will have more value because (time matters).

Don't DIY and Don't Hire a Contractor. Let me explain, if you DIY you would get hurt, for the amount of time that you have to be in the floor laying out and installing, If you hire a contractor de cost would just hurt your pocket. What to do, find a big site Job where you can walk in and ask for the a foreman of the tile contractor, and ask him if he do works on the side?, he will charge you just a few more dollar for what he makes at his job, and he would make a great job, because thats what he does all day. Good luck!

you just have two different comments.

just think about this , is you need to repair your car, Do you need to get a license for it or you would just take it with a mechanic?

what you may need is a contractor to give you an advice, so find a friend who is or works for a contractor.
