I'm getting acclimated in the Durham, NC investors market through advice and guidance of more seasoned investors in the area. But I have come across some deals in the Greensboro, NC area but have failed to connect with any groups or networks in and around the city. Could anyone give advice or names of people operating in buy and hold or fix and flips in the Greensboro area.

Thank you @Senthil N. & @Ralph R. I really appreciate the advice. It does have a finished basement that is cut off from the upstairs of and could be treated as a separate unit so I think I'll go about it by living in the upstairs for a bit.

I am a new investor who has been sticking to wholesaling for the past few months in the Durham area. I'm looking to acquire not only my first Rental Property, but this would be my first home purchase.

My main question would be how I acquire the property. Should I buy it personally and take advantage of First Time Home Buyer benefits or purchase under my LLC?

Hello BP,

I have recently moved to Durham and jumping into the market in and around the city. As of right now I am looking to wholesale properties until I can undertake a full project myself. 

Looking to expand my network as much as possible as me and my family get settled in the area.

I have a great contractor who I'm meeting with tomorrow. I know he has ongoing projects but I will ask him if he will be available to take on work. What's the best way to get in contact with you?
