How is that funny? A beautiful animal had its one and only life brutally taken away and is now being mocked in a plastic environment? To those of us that love and respect non-human beings, that's just ignorant and offensive.

#80 with Jonna Weber, and #89 with Engelo Rumora were brilliant! Jonna's was so full of great content that I've listened to it several times, and Engelo is one hilarious bloke. It would be wonderful to have either (or both!) back for a second time.

Please be careful on the roads here, Sarah. There are Washington drivers amongst us... Lots of them.

Hey Anna, I always think it's funny when someone says I "want to get into wholesaling", or "I want to get into flipping." Both of those things have SO many levels, and require an enormous amount of drive, determination, and hard work. If I was just starting, I would absolutely take @Ryan Dossey 's advice: start with getting your license or working with a local firm, and begin with a rental or a small flip. I would also check my credit score, work on getting it as high as possible and then follow up with talking to a lender and discussing borrowing options. It's easy to scour the listings, find a potential deal, and then not be ready when the time comes to write an offer. I would also keep reading, keep listening to the podcasts, and make the whole topic a part of your life. Before you know it, you'll be living and breathing real estate. It's a very long road, and I wish you every success with your endeavors!

Nice one, @Tilmon Smith. Yours is a perfect example of why it may be a good idea for an investor to get their real estate license. Those numbers would have been quite a bit juicier! Congratulations on your success though.

You're lucky. In Portland, that would've cost you $400,000! Good luck with the renovation!
