I'm working with a loan officer to see how much I can get approved for. Looking to purchase a 2-4 unit rental. My question: which is beneficial. To live in 1 of the units? Or not to? I don't own any property currently but I have in the past. My accountant says, not to live on the rental property. Loan officer says, live on the property. See my dilemma... Thank you Gina

Interested! I live in the Joliet Area Work 45 hours/week as an Accoutant during the day. Also I am A Real Estate Broker working 24/7. So I have little time in between and would like to attend if there was a closer one.

Can someone help with the specifics of Real Estate Investing for a Licensed Real Estate Broker?

Currently working for a Real Estate Company but want to create an LLC so I can work for myself. I'm still new to real estate, receiving my license 11/2015. I'm in Illinois so do I have to stay with this company for 2 years before i can create my LLC and start working for myself? Being with this company, can i purchase investment properties for myself?

Trying to find the best way to start investing.
