Hello all, I am looking for architects, lenders, and partners in buying land in great markets to build a multi-family community made of shipping containers. This is a modern , efficient and green way to bring in great cash flow. Let’s partner to build a legacy! Very respectfully, Giovanni Luna

Hi Arianne, I saw you podcast show with BP on YouTube. I am curious because I use to live in Ft. Walton but Pensacola is home for me. I am now stationed in Houston due to military which brings me to the question; are the homes you hold and rent majority military? Also , do you buy in Pensacola?

Being military I like having full control of my assets and getting my hands dirty but the cost of travel around the country even with property managers is a big hassle however using a yurn key company like Roofstock , which is similar, I feel more comfortable with it. What are your thought or experience with rootstocks rate of returns? Do you fully own the property , do they drop the property manager once the financing or out right buy is over?

@Dennis M. I would use a VA loan if I had to do a no money down or just straight hard cash for leverage. Also what is a subject too?

@Chris Armstrong I know that seems funny and my intention of course is not that but just out of curiosity, how could you with the deed being owned or if the bank owned it?

I wanted to throw that out there to see if anyone was doing anything different. I am trying to avoid the debt part of it unless it's very cheap. I want to buy with cash and use that for leverage. I have interests and being active duty military I want to use the opportunity I have to get good rates but need the cash to not be in debt after using a VA Loan.

How do I buy a house without using a debt method or without saving up for a long time and the buying for cash?
