you could also form an LLC

I’m scared of being in debt from a money lender and also using the money and having to pay on a property and not make a profit from it. Also doing miscalculations of percentages that is owed back to the money lender and the whole paper work of legalities. How can I be confident? I have been listening to bigger pockets for over 3 months and am still not confident.

I found a foreclosed home and  it says quit claim deed. I know I have to pay off the back taxes on it and closing costs  but say if the listing prices is 200,000 and taxes I would have to pay on back taxes is 10k and closing costs 10k ; would I have bought a 200k house for 20k and I own it or would it be 20k and I would still owe 180k on the mortgage?

Even then, why don’t you hear people using them?

why don’t you hear about investors using lending club or lending tree for cash money offers ?
