I'm planning on coming if this is still happening. Don't have a huge window, but I can sneak away for a couple of hours. I have to pack up and move out of my current place by Sunday.

IMO it depends on your market. I like Loopnet, but Costar is what you need to use here in Denver.

I have a Loopnet and Costar membership however.

I have had a few dedicated track cars, currently building a 1995 BMW 318ti. I did have a 95 rx-7 built for time attack, a 450hp Audi a4 1985 corolla gts for scca.

My current obsession is building vintage motorcycles into cafe racers. The ultimate goal is to get a Porsche GT3 cup car. Just have to keep working hard for the next few years

Yes. It is a monthly obligation and the bank will factor it in.

There is an exception if you are within 10 months of the end of the lease, they will not consider it.

I allow them. I was a renter not long ago and had a 90lb lab. I currently have a 100lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever and I cant even imagine how hard it would be to rent if I had him at the time.

I have never had issues with renting to a big dog, just make sure you get a fat deposit for damage. I could be that I have a soft spot for mans best friend, but I'm going to keep renting to big dogs.

I also should mention in Denver everyone has a big dog, you won't rent for as much or as quickly if you don't rent to dogs.

You and everyone that I know that work for the big 4 only last about 4-6 years.

They expect you to quit after this time frame.

Now go get a job making twice as much for half the hours based on your experience.

Arizona State!!!!!!!

Most underrated team in the PAC 12 due to the uncertainty at coach/QB. I think all the USC and Oregon fans may be surprised when they play us this year.

US real estate prices were up 3.8% year-over-year for July. your $400k house just went in value $15,200 in appreciation alone.

I'll take that any day.

This is what I'm talking about!!!!!!! This is my strategy. You numbers look good, but they look even better in my market

Denver up 8.4% year over year!!!!!!!!

Scott GI'm happy to help find you a place in the 100's, and I'm also open exploring whatever other ideas you guys might have going on.
I close on my new project in LoHi late next week and I'm happy to walk you guys through it and show you how I typically do my projects. I live right downtown, but I'm also happy to meet wherever, I'm all over the metro area at any given time.
