Way too many emails all day from the marketplace. It's almost as if some people just use BP as an Ad Board to sell properties. I'd go to bed at 2am and have like 30 or 40 from the the marketplace by 10am. And it would continue during the day. I tried unsubscribing but that didn't work, so now it just goes to my junk mail box. It was impossible filtering or deleting just to get to other mail.
Other than that I'm good with BP.

Mark,
What an amazingly documented journey! Clearly you have the vision, passion and motivation as in Investor. With such attention to design and detail I almost view the process as a work of art.
Thanks for sharing the entire process with us including the highs and the lows. There will always be unscrupulous people in life. Your former contractor may feel as though he either had the right, or got the upper hand by walking away with your cash. But his limited vision and lack of integrity are things that will follow him throughout his life. He probably has never heard of Karma either.
I admire your courage and strength to forge ahead and finish the project. With all of the challenges came one of the best educational experiences.
I wish you continued success. Enjoy your time away in January

I'm back in New York and will miss this week's event, but I highly recommend and urge anyone who can make it to attend. It is THE place to be. Met an amazing group of people at the inaugural meeting and we've stayed in touch and motivating each other. Great information and case studies. See you all the next time I'm back in Houston. Already putting advice into practice. Plans to crush it in 2017.
Thanks @Shaun Vembutty!
