@Kevin Grinstead- Thx for the recommendation!  I have found several home inspectors in the area that go by Perkins.  Could you tag someone or provide a website link?

@Bill S. I still have been unsuccessful at using the search method to find Home Inspectors in Denver or Colorado.  Do you have any suggestions on how to do this?

I have a friend who recently become a REI when she moved from Austin to San Diego and started renting out her SFR. I am looking for RE CPA recommendations for her as she is wanting to make sure to protect her assets and do taxes correctly.

I just moved here from Austin to be closer to family and start in REI. I'd like to get into an industry that will: 1) make me a better REI for myself and my partners, 2) qualify me for conventional mortgages, and 3) pay my bills.

I'm considering becoming a home inspector.  Thoughts/advice welcome.  Thx!

@Jake Hottenrott Thanks so much!  Yes, I have had a hard time getting RE attorney recommendations.  Do you have any in Colorado by chance.  They few I've contacted haven't reached back.  I at least want to inform my partner on the basics, even if it's not written up yet.
