Thanks for writing everyone- I'm new, so I appreciate the discourse having just moved to Denver after living in TX for the last 10yrs

NoCo (including Greeley) is my area, and I think it's still a good deal.  Do you have any thoughts on Eaton?  I am new to investing as well.  I was considering other areas, but in the end I really liked the idea of investing within a couple hours of me (I live near Wash Park Denver).

Here's my leading 9 so far (in no particular order).  If you have any feedback on them or are on staff with them, please chime in!

I want to work PT or FT with a Denver residential PM, so I want to target the top ten and go after them to hire me.  

Who would be your top ten in Denver?

Factors to consider: number of units managed, property owner approval rating, tenant approval rating, staff approval rating.  I want the pm's that have high numbers in each of these categories. 

Great work!  I grew up in Iowa and graduated from North Scott.  I hope to invest in Eastern Iowa at some point- it's great to hear it's going so well.  Thanks for sharing! 

@Linda Weygant as a CPA, I thought you might have helpful thoughts.  If anyone else could tag any CPA's or attorneys that could weigh in, I'd really appreciate it. 

@Benson Juarez Thanks my friend. I'll have to check them out. I've been so encouraged by the number of REI groups meeting here- WOWZ!!! Do you have any suggestions/insights into the NoCo market?
