Your doing the right thing...get away from the property management companies...they suck up profit. You can do it...its not that hard or time consuming...I self manage 51 doors and work a full time job...home by 4pm everyday, weekends off.

You just create some systems and find a few handyman for the stuff your husband cannot get to.

Anyone in Jacksonville or surrounding areas want to discuss partnering on some self storage stuff? I dont know a lot about it, but I learn REALLY quick..lol

Done millions and millions worth of residential deals...getting burned out on it thanks to Covid...looking to spice things up lol. Let me know. Thanks.

You need more street smarts and more confidence. You dont need a CPA or a lawyer...basically ever unless you cross over 100 units.

Just find a tax service for about 1500 per LLC, per filing, maximum. Stop over analyzing. Move on. It's that simple.
