That was a really great story and it's exciting to see other people's experience in Jacksonville but it's hard for me to grasp doing all of what you did just to gain a $1000 a month in cash flow? Appreciation is nice and there's a multitude tax breaks but seems like a really hard way to make a $1000 a month..

@Chandler Janger
I don't believe I said anything out of line in this post. I just told this person that they could research suncoast on the forums and make the decision based on what all the others have to say about their individual experiences with suncoast. And I wasn't a vendor that was terminated, I was a vendor that stopped working for suncoast. But I'm also an investor myself, with over 50 single family homes and I have a vast knowledge of real estate investing. I've been an active member on biggerpockets for at least 5 years. And I'm not here to bash any company, I am here to express my viewpoint and let other people make their own conclusions.

Sell it on FB marketplace or craigslist and recoup some money. That's exactly what I would do.

@Nick Troutman
If my choices were "go back to section 8" or "forfeit all my houses and get a cubical job"...
I go with option 2....
