I would use it no problem. I save all my paint over the course of a year from all my rehabs and jobs...usually equals about 50 gallons....all different colors and types....I take it all and dump it in a huge trash can and mix it all together with a drill and long mixing bit. Whatever color it creates I use it on my next 3 or 4 rehabs.

It's going to be really hard to house hack in an area that doesn't have any house hacking type properties.
I think you should probably just look at the beaches area and take JTB into work.

100% agree....JSO could CARE LESS about any tenant/eviction/squatting issue....will ALWAYS just say it's a civil issue....you are better off not even calling them. I respect the police but in regards to this issue they are useless....
