@Nathan Hagge As long as you covered 2 years history with both jobs, your lender will count both jobs income.

@Zack Pirulli Because of UFMIP fees and MI I would say go with conventional loan. You don't have to refinance again to take out MI from your loan.

@Weng L. Fifth Third bank does count RSU income following standard guidelines from Fannie Mae. If you have two years landlord history and subject property is rented already, the lender will still count 75% of income with proof of rental agreement.

@Nick Dillaha They may have internal overlays. According to guidelines you should be able to cash out.

@Ashton Karp The lender will ask for verification of insurance and property taxes. The lender will still add the payment of property taxes and insurance in your DTI.

@Adam Craig It's not going to make any difference if on SCH. E or on your corporation for  income wise. Yes it does make difference for collecting documents from clients when its on corporation or SCH. E.
