@Paul Lee You have two options to buy this property as primary residence- Home possible with 5% down payment or 3.50% down payment with FHA lon. You need 25% down payment if its investment property.

@Timothy Pauldon If the property is in livable condition, no health and safety issue we will  be able to do the loan. Due to COVID-19 203k loan is suspended for now. 

@Mian Wang If its non-warrantable condo that could be reason condo will go under portfolio lending if its investment property. You haven't share the reason why lenders are saying no to you.
