@Victor Tirana You can start working with your own bank where you do the banking.  You will be able to get the loan. 

@Tye Lacey As long as your lender is familier  with the guidelines of visa status there is not any difference in interest rate or other guidelines in your loan scenario. 

@ David James 203k is product for renovation under FHA loan. There is thread in this form for more information on 203k loan.

@Michael Doyle You can use 203k loan for primary home.  

@Matthew Lukas Yes this is right but that's how Fannie and Freddie guidelines work. You have other options available to do loan under LLC.

@Timothy Newton You should go with cash out because you will have fix rate.  

@Timothy Newton If you are going to hold these properties go with cash out otherwise LOC would be good option for you.

@Matthew Lukas  If you are looking for conventional loan you can transfer the property to personal name at the closing.

@Martin Esser You can use 203k for mix used properties.
