@Casey Christensen You can work with your Lender Partner or Realtor Partner. Most of the time they do offer place to host meetup. 

@Robert M Erickson HELOC would be good option for your loan scenario.

@Chandon Floyd 203k is good option for renovation loan. You will find lot of lenders offer 203k but few are good in this product. Make sure MLO is good in this program. 

@Marquel Martin You have 203k, HomeStyle (Fannie Mae) and Choice renovation (Freddie Mac) option for renovation purpose. You have to ask your lender which one will be good option for you. 

@Dennis Chiem Do you have CDLP involved in this situation he/she can guide you? CDLP can guide you how she can refinance on her name. 

@Patrick McCandless She will be able to get HELOC on primary home if meet the guidelines. HELOC would be good option because you are planning to flip the properties.

Regarding your  commission split you know yourself and you are the one who will negotiate about your services. After 18 years in the mortgage industry I still never miss any opportunity if offered for getting guidance.
