you aren't finding turnkey investments in DFW anymore in A or B neighborhoods for under 300k. Even C probably isn't realistic anymore.
appreciate the shout out @Denver McClure!

Agent and investor in DFW, i've sold over 50m here in the last two years. The best strategies for any type of cash flow are coliving/rent by the room (would recommend Homeroom for a passive hands off turnkey type investment that still will produce income), multi-family 2-4 units where a rehab/value add is needed, or buying a property with an ADU/Guest house and treating each unit separate unit.
Dallas isn't really a cash flow market anymore to be honest, you make your money here through appreciation. You need to go to tertiary markets like Sherman/Denison if you want cash flow.

Quote from @Denver McClure:
Hey @Michael Camarillo, I would reach out to @Harrison Sharp. He's helped several veterans like us in Dallas and is an investor as well!
Thank you for the shout Denver!
Micheal - I have helped over probably 50 house hackers in DFW at this point from BP. Maybe more, under contract with one as well set to close next month! Have a ton of experience in this space and would love to help you out :)

Hi Joseph -
I"m an agent, investor, and CPA here in DFW. Sold around 75m or so in the last 4 years. I've got a really good CPA i just hired to do all of my personal stuff. He was someone I used to work with at my old company back when I did taxes and financial planning. Smartest guy at the firm by far. If you want me to send over his info shoot me a DM!
