My husbands business has a job in Chicago for an event this coming week. They need to wrap 3 large vehicles, and need a indoor temperature controlled place to do so. Does anyone know of any options? It would be Tuesday 8am-Thursday 8pm. Needs a minimum of 10 ft entrance and ceilings.

@Heather Rodden I’m thinking a condo would be ideal... I think I’ll just go look when we are down there. Thank you all for your insight:)

We will be in the Pensacola/destin area soon. And were considering investing in a Condo or some kind of vacation rental. Anyone have success, or know anything about this type of rental? We live in Illinois, so we would need to have someone else manage the property.

@Eric Wong

The turnout: She moved out on time. And left the key under a stone on the front porch. Usually I like to do a final

Walk through with them, and she knew this. Other that being disgustingly dirty, we have to replace all the carpet, and had to have it exterminated because there were tons of fleas.

@Theresa Harris

No I didn’t even start looking because I didn’t trust her to be out by then.

@Eric Wong

I will, and thank you!

@Ricardo R. Exactly. I think when she realized I wasn’t swaying on it, then she changed her tune.

@Ricardo R.

Thank you, very good idea.

She was pretty sour when I told her I would start eviction paperwork on the 1st and had a few not so nice things to say to me. But today has changed her tune and says she will be out by the 30th. We will see, I will be going to file on the 1st if not. Not how I want to spend my birthday though lol!

@Keyonte Summers thank you. I’m hoping this isn’t the case, but wouldn’t be surprised.

@Greg Scott

Thank you. That is what I though, but this is my first difficult tenant.
