Welcome to bp Taylor. There are plenty of ways to learn with all of the different forums to look at and read over. I have been a member for 2 days and can't believe all the different ideas I have gotten. I can't personally help with all but I can help with some questions you may have. I have been mostly into rental property's the last 13 years. Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Thanks @Brandon Turner. I will be sure and check out the house flipping collection. I look forward to meeting, helping and learning with all of the connections on bigger pockets.

I still on my first property that I purchased 13 years ago. When I started into real estate that was my main goal. In the last couple of years I have gotten interested in flipping. I purchased one in June of 2012 for $10,000 and put another $7,000 into it. I was planning on flipping it but looking ate he market where live I thought it would be better to rent it out. I live in area that used to be the furniture capital of the world but it has been on a decline the last 4 or 5 years. I started renting it out in September of last year and had the same person living there that has never been more then a day late. Next year at this time should have paid for itself.

Hi my name is David Lee I am 35 years old and am interested in learning more about different types of real estate investing. I started into rental properties about 13 years ago with my first one which I lived in for 3 years and purchased another one to live in and rent it out. I now have for in total. I got into it because of my dad said it was a good investment for retirement. He has 8 in total. I would like to get into flipping, rehabbing, or complexes as we'll but I am open to any ideas.
