@Jay Hinrichs @Matt R. That's exactly what the event will discuss, the pros/cons and let's run the numbers and discuss. There are a lot of different types of investors,  Flipping/holding and we all know that CA is an appreciated market. The smartest investors know how to buy low and sell high- and avoid taxes where possible, and that is what we help our investors do.

Our investors are receiving higher cash flow, 3x the ROI and quadrupling their portfolios. Quantity is the objective in other markets outside CA- also diversifying your portfolio is key, when you own 25 houses and 1-2 go vacant, it doesn't really affect your budgets. But what if you owned 1-2 house's and 1 was vacant or had a problem tenant or even had a major expense with the house come up?. These are the types of things we are discussing at our event. We'd love to have you there! Thanks~ Melissa

Have you ever considered moving your real estate portfolio out of CA? What if you could take 1 property in CA that has $500k in equity, with 3-5% return with an annual return of $30,000 and exchange that into 25 houses out of state with 12%+ return and over $90,000k annual return?  You will also regain your depreciation tax write-offs, minimize your risk by owning more properties, and you don't have to worry about property management headaches.

Sounds pretty good right? Let us show you how to do it, and show real live properties, the analytics and comps to back it up.  Let the numbers speak for themselves.

We are hosting a small event for serious investors only who would like to learn more.  March 30th at 4:30 in Irvine. Please RSVP space is limited to only 15.

Please respond asap. Thanks! Melissa

Realtors- you are invited to a FREE seminar to help you get more Listings! The topic is 1031 exchange.

This event is for Realtors only.  We will be sharing how realtors can use 1031 knowledge to gain more clients and more importantly, more LISTINGS!!!

What is 1031 exchange and how can you use this to your advantage?

We will be sharing how 1031 exchange works, some tools and tips, and about the program that we have set up specifically for CA property owners.

{This meeting is not a sales pitch} I don't want there to be any confusion about it. This is a knowledge event and no sales pressure or anything like that will be present. We will be sharing with you about how our company set up this program for Realtors and how we have helped agents get listings through this program. We aren't selling anything, and we don't offer products to purchase.

We will be offering a small brunch and coffee service- we have an amazing speaker who has vast knowledge in this area,  It will be a great event not to be missed.

Please respond if you are interested and I will send you an invite. This will be a small event- only 20 spaces total. So please get your response in asap.

*We are holding a second seminar later this same day for property owners  at 4:30. If you would like to bring a client back to hear about our program please let us know that morning.

Thank you!! Melissa Nash

Welcome to the site! It sounds like you have a ton of background in the investment world! If I can work it out with my schedule I may have to swing by that seminar!

 Hi, I tried to send you a private message---but it looks like it didn't go through--- sorry if this is a duplicate;

Hi, peter! We are actually hosting an event just for Realtors that same day but at 11:00 we will have a small brunch set up (pastries/coffee) and our acquisitions director is going to share about the 1031 exchange program we offer and how agents can use this program for getting more listings. He is very knowledgeable and I know you will learn a lot from him. He has a pretty big resume in this field and has been on some TV shows about "flipping" and worked for some big clients. We only have 20 spots total----it's going to be a small seminar. I haven't advertised it yet, but it will fill up fast. Please let me know if you want to RSVP and I will send you all the details. Thanks!! Melissa

Hi @Melissa Nash. Thank you. I would like to attend but unfortunately I have work that day. Will there be other dates or another means of getting information? Thanks!

The director lives in Georgia, and does come here to orange county every few months or so but he also can do webinars /GoToMeeting videos for one-on-one meetings.  What's your email? I will have our acquisitions director contact you about it. Melissa
