it is original 50s? Please don't just tear it all up---- midcentury modern is very popular and it could be worth more original vs basic boring rehab. :)

I would like to introduce myself-I am the marketing director for  a small real estate investment group- I work with a group of like-minded business men who all were coaches and trainers for Rich dad poor dad and have many many years real estate investment backgrounds. They have combined forces and started a company where we purchase and renovate single-family homes- mostly in the southeastern part of our country. We close about 30-50 homes a month, we purchase/renovate/and manage these homes. We hold some for investors and we sell some. We just opened up a new program where we move clients from 1031 exchanges properties in CA into higher producing properties in other states.

As the marketing director, one of my jobs is to create events and share what we are doing as a company- and I hope to share and learn from you all.

Thank you, and I look forward to being a part of this group. Melissa
