I'm looking to speak with and work with other wholesalers to assist in moving deals. When I have houses under contract, I want to be able to present them to people I'm familiar with from the BiggerPockets community first. All my deals will have at least a 20k profit potential. Eventually, I'd like to manage the rehab myself, project manage I should say, not the actual work.

I'd like to get criteria on types of investment properties that interest investors so I can go find them.

Just had to mention how essential this community is. Now matter what questions or problems may come our way, there is always an answer here. The experience of other like minded individuals is priceless, and it can be tapped into whenever the need arises.

The tools offered are above and beyond anything on the market. This has been one of the best decisions I've made concerning my investment career. For anyone just getting started, and for seasoned professionals, the overall value cannot be overstated.

Measure success by having measurable goals. It is going through the process that leads to the desired end result. There will be challenges, we know that going in. So don't wish for less problems, wish for more skill. Don't wish for less obstacles, wish for more wisdom. Don't wish for it to be easier, wish you were better. 

Challenges increase knowledge, never miss a chance to learn something new.

I'm from Akron and my extended family still lives there. Also, the areas and neighborhoods are familiar to me so I can better evaluate some market values. I will most definitely be investing in Cleveland and its surrounding areas, as I'd rather be close to home too in the beginning. I'm still learning the hot markets for Cleveland.
