I totally agree with you Dustin! Finding wholesalers and private sellers is difficult. Since we are both at the early stages of investing, I will definitely let you know when I find a good broker or seller. I hope to make the meeting on the 12th, maybe I'll see you then!

I am also from CT! I live in Litchfield county. I haven't purchased a property yet, but I am interested in 45+ unit apartment building. Once I find one suitable, I will keep you in mind for a property manager! Are you a commercial real estate agent? Or residential?
