I've got an empty commercial property in renovation that I need insured. Any recommendations on inexpensive insurance companies for this situation? My normal commercial insurance won't cover it... Thanks in advance!

What happened the the Columbus REIA monthly meetings? They seemed to stop all of a sudden...has another group taken their place?

Excited to join the BiggerPockets family! I'm a residential and commercial real estate investor in the central Ohio region. This seems like it is a fantastic resource for new and experienced investors alike!

I've started periscoping from my open houses and have had a few viewers but still no success closing a deal from it. I tend to get onlookers who are curious but because of the nature of Periscope people who are watching are not necessarily in the same town or even in the market. I've had better luck setting up 1 on 1 showings via Skype or FaceTime.
