There has been a lot of attention on Columbus recently as a great place to live for millennials. I'm happy to share my experience in the market as its changed in the past 15 years or so. There are a lot of niche neighborhoods and to someone that didn't grow up here and witness the trends it may be hard to decider between the ones transitioning up versus going downhill. Would there be any interest in a virtual Periscope Q&A on the BRRR strategy? I've been investing in Columbus, Ohio for the past 15 years and seen a lot of changes in the market. Would be happy to share with those who are looking to invest in the area.

Welcome Sean Dawson ! I'm also an investor in Columbus and have a double near Capital in Bexley. Let me know if you're in the Ferndale/Mayfield blocks too. I hear about city plans for that neighborhood. Anyhow this is a great resource and plenty of other investors in the area on here.

There is a local landlord meeting this Thursday. It is scheduled from 6:00 PM to about 8:30 PM on Thursday, September 24th at Tommy's Pizza, 4279 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. (Rte. 161) in Dublin between Riverside Drive and Sawmill Road.

Agreed. Columbus is hot with a growing population and has some emerging parts of town that you can get in cheap if you are willing to renovate.

Agreed. Cbus is a great market and the secret is getting out. I have a few rentals myself and there's a lot of neighborhoods in transition that you can get into at a low cost! Btw David is a long time friend of the family and stand up guy so he's a great resource.
