I attendant his webinar that he was selling the 2 day workshop. but I didnt go to his boot camp in vegas. He's were in s.d. Ca speaking at rei club he seem really knowledgeable and has good credibility with everyone in San Diego.

By the way what bad experience did you have with him? was it with the semiar in vegas or just in general ?

Is there a way you can have the seller with a free & clear property lease you the property for at lease 2 year. and take out a loan against the property. lets say about 50% LTV.

If I ttake the property subject-to exciting finance, will it hurt the seller chance of getting a new loan for a new house?

I asked the agent over the phone what the seller owe, payment, and would the seller carry financing, the agent said she dosent really know,
Then agent email me and tells me that she dosent fell comfortable giving me that information because it confidential.

how can I get the information? I told the agent in order for me to make an offer the numbers has has to work out for all off us.

I was thinking of something professional, but then again I thought that WE BUY HOUSE would be good for people trying to sell there house.

try to become everyone friends that are in the rei business.

try to gather as many business card that you can or email and create an email list on buyers, investor, anyone in the business. once you get a deal shot them an email even to the investor that dont buy wholesale deals, tell them if they find you buyer there a referral fee.

I ve been to a couple rei clubs out there, and no I dont focus on short sale there kinda hard but my mentor/partner like to buy the note on short sale.
