marketing help you bring in leads. but then what, you have to learn how to close the lead with what to say, how to say it, and when to say it.

How do you meet these people, what do you do to start the conversation.

when i go to these meeting most of this people are newbie as well.
I try to make eye contact smile and then move from there, but most of the time they try to avoid me I think there shy as well.

should I try more ire clubs and just try more hard next time?

thanks, I think i am going to start from a 6 month period first like doing my first deal.

work schedule: mon-fri 6am to 2:30pm

work on my rei business schedule: 3pm to 5pm
total hour: 10 hours
with in those hour I need to find out whats gonna get me ahead and not just get me by.

I have an index card I carry around that helps maintain.

b. what is one thing that I dont want to do today, but if I did it. It would move my life or business forward?
c. How will I benefit from doing it?

I am not sure why I got two of the same post up there,

gurus and these rei meeting I am have been attendant, are saying the rei game has changed.

there two thing they are always talking about.
1. creative financing
2. sale technique, negotiation

Because there are so many investor out there, so many letter mail to motive seller, making the same offer.
The seller need to know why he should sell to you and not your competition.

maybe you should try a three month trial run. or maybe get an internet petition going, email everyone and see if they would be interested in some thing like.

I think there should be topic or forum on sale's skills, closing technique. abjection, negotiate, scripts for rei....etc!

if you think of it, rei or any other business it all come down to sale's
