Aref Shehadeh,

Focus on the state exam and that is really not easy although I passed on my first test. Hope you can pass and free from the book reading.

I have same situation like you and I am working with Mr. John Rogers now:

Congratulations Joe to get your license!

Big firm, like KW will provide the training but all still in classroom and I hear from the Podcasts of BP that the best learning is through the real work, especially if you want to be an investor.

If you are full time working and want to be a part-time investment agent, that situation is different also. This is my situation and I am working with Mr. John Rogers. I have no time to show buyers the houses but investment. I am on the process now and happy.

Be patient and good luck.

I wanted to update on my progress, and reach out to connections in the Orlando area.

I currently have one buy and hold property under my belt with my mom. It's doing very well! I am looking to buy my second. I would like to partner for my second buy and hold SFH since I don't have a sufficient income history (coming straight out of college). I have a great credit score and knowledge I want to put to use!

If anybody could steer me in the right direction, I would very much appreciate it. Please feel free to connect with me as a colleague if you're in the Orlando area!

Hae Yuan, I jealous of you can start just off the colleague. :-)

You can reach John Rogers for great leads in your area and he will tell you how to handle the financial thing also.

Jordan Jarvis, you find the right place.

As Brandon Turner mentioned the Podcast is very helpful thing. I played all of them when I was driving, bicycling, walking, cooking, shopping.... I even think that is why I passed the agent license easily because the boring legal concepts all be talked on those Podcasts with real person storied and then I understand and remember them....

Anyway, it is a great place to learn and grow.

Thanks,

GM Ryrrha,

I am sorry if I misguide you. There are not a 'girls' official group. I just tried to encourage us, ladies to help each other and work together to be more success. I found more gentlemen and I hope we can pursue the REI like them.

I am not good at organize people together or meeting or like this, especially English is my second language. If someone can organize our GIRLS to meet for REI together to share experience, share information, and support each other, I will 100% vote and join.

I give 100% my weekends time on REI, if you want to meet or go to check some places, that will be great.

Thanks.

Welcome Aryelle Collins!

If you have time, maybe drive with me during weekends to look for some houses and know different areas first.

With past few months, I just drive around from early morning with one bottle of Coke and one bottle of water with my favorite music and left home on very early morning :-) .  I talked to people of different houses and know what had happened with a specific home....

If you ask me different area of Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, not so much of Wesley Chapel and New Tampa, I know much more now. Before 3 month ago, I know two places only: West Chase where my former job close to there and my present home. I used to drive on same street between home and office. Now I know lots different places.

I have no idea what is stressed homes, manufacture homes before but I know them now. I really saw a very stressed home in a very nice community: the grass almost covered all the windows and roof and obviously nobody lives there...

My next goal is to know your area by my driving around from early morning....

If you want to join 'GIRLS' investment journal group, PM me.
