I am a Medical Informatics and have a home in Tampa FL with my very humor husband. I like my present job much and passion for one goal: to set up a scholarship for girls who are very good at school but couldn't afford to go to college, like I experienced, in my hometown. After I listened >100 BP podcasts, I felt RE is not rich people's game only but for the folks who are brave, have passion, do the right thing in a persistency way. I hope I can enjoy the tough process with valuable learning, and not be stressed out.

Instead, ask about your business focus, IE: tax deeds, short sales, wholesaling, etc.

Most REIA's have sub-groups that deal with specific market segments.

You can get all the education you need as a background right here, and interacting with folks doing the same thing you are will launch your business.

Appreciate this very fair and honest suggestion!

I can give you his name/number if you want to private message me in case it is frowned upon for advertising

Quinton,

Could you share the information with me when you are convenience? I like to know how do you like this new CPA? I download the guide to interview and good CPA from Amanda's company web and read it.

We are also a HUD authorized Brokerage and most of our work here is acquiring HUD properties for investors and ourselves, then helping rehab if needed, then list and sell.

No fees, just commission splits... and we are always hiring.

Thanks John!

I found your company web and will reach you there.
