Thanks Tim!  Are you on the West side?

Hi Yaron,

I've worked with several different foreign buyers and few from Israel. I agree with Saul, the easiest way is to set up a LLC here in the U.S. with it's own Tax ID number and also U.S. Bank account.

Good luck!

Thanks!  Yes, I invested in a house in Florida once.  It didn't work out well.  I learned to stay close to home from that experience.

Congrats Anthony on knowing what you want to do at an early age!  I agree with Jacqueline with getting your real estate license and learning from all of the great free info on B and a mentor is key.  I would also recommend reading some RE books.   I started when I was 23 by reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.  "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller is another great book to start with.

Start by asking friends and family for a good realtor.  Everyone knows a realtor.  Check with your local bank to see if you can start working on a pre-approval for financing.  Start narrowing down the location you want to buy in.  You can use realtor.com and citydata.com for great info on different neighborhoods.  Good luck!

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Tim Debronsky and I'm a full-time investor (rehabs & rentals) in Northeast Ohio.  I look forward to networking with other like-minded investors here in the BP community.
