Hi everybody, I am buying an apartment and it comes with little extra. 

Home owner who did not pay his mortgage.

I am looking for a good attorney who can evict fast!! It is a very nice apartment complex and HOAs are high. As a new owner I do not want to pay them too long if I don't live in the unit.

The unit is in North New Jersey, Hudson County

I asked few weeks ago my own insurance (Geico) and they said NO. Today I got a letter from them saying because I am doing/planning short term rental they will not extend my policy :(

I am still shopping, I talked to CBIZ and haven't heard back from them?
