Outside of the usual suspects; LoopNet, Zillow, Crexi, Realty Exchange, MLS, etc. I think working with an investor friendly RE agent may be a good option. Also, getting on a wholesalers buyers list (Facebook is good for this) is a good idea! Hope this helps.

Hey Brandon - I respect your ambition. I would suggest soaking up as much knowledge as you can and maybe checking out some local RE meetups in your area to network and possibly find a mentor.

Easton - welcome to BP! I think you will find a lot of value on this platform and can network with likeminded individuals from around the globe. I really like the boutique hotel STRs idea!

Ohio in general has some solid investment opportunities. The median price of homes in Cleveland is pretty low compared to the rest of the US which can present a good opportunity but also can make for more of a headache.

Mitchell - I think that is certainly possible. Mortgage applications have increased pretty significantly over the past few weeks.

I anticipate rates staying rather stagnant until about Q2 2023 and then we may start to see a slow decline. This is just an educated guess/opinion...only time will tell.

I believe Airdna is just pulling data from near by properties, not necessarily factoring in the street being busy or crowded.
