Very constructive comments in this thread and I totally agree that integrity, honesty, truthfulness and a win win mind set would be the disposition needed to have any dealings with another humanbeing. Regardless of what we are doing with individuals in this business it is in each of us a betterment to the business to have qualities that generate a desire for others to want to work with you, I hope this is my drawing quality so that I'm able to meet with success. Living in abundence, not scarcity.

I would suggest that you keep it simple, upon mass mailing or heavy volumn of direct mailings you may want to have a p.o. box and it may be less invasive. No one has to know your home address as you are acting as a business and once you establish the LLC you'll already have a box for receiving responses from clients and or businesses etc. Keep your creativity flowing and this shall reduce giving attention to those thoughts which may be the mind trying to self-sabotage your goals and plans.

Welcome to BP Jason, I just came on this winter and after having gone to a Rich Dad three day event ..... I have not regretted passing the invite to spend a bunch of money that I know another attendee did. I have bought a bunch of books and have been studying since. So this is the academy of Real Estate Investing.

I have been on BP for about 6 months and this is a good source for lenders and or those who can direct you to lenders with integrity ..... I suggest you do a serious search and call out.

Good job Fitz, win win ending is great and I appreciate how you helped them out with transitioning too. What if I may ask was you total expense in order to get probate out of the way, pay the tax obligation and assist the move. Were you able to clear a profit to your expectations?

Beautiful update and the work is great. I recall very well the slot in the medicine cabinet, it was fashionable but, seldom used. Most times the blades were trashed but, maybe some took to the slot Lol.

Looks good to me and best of best with the fix up. Hope to see the end results of your fixing it up as you would like.

I am interested in the actual results of any investor using the $1:$9 accelerator of using OPM( others peoples money) and leveraging the funds in order to buy properties and increase the equity. This practice, if I may refer to as such, does not seem complicated but, I would like to understand from a practical view and not just from my readings. Specifically making the proper decisions so as not to become 'over leveraged'.
