1st I would double check with the city to make sure it's zoned for a multi family unit. 2nd if your lenders appraisal comes back for less then that could be used as a re-negotiating tool. Good luck

Justen, what I recommend is especially if you are going to use a PM ask them what the vacancy rate is for the property that they you are interested . At the end of day it's all about the cap rate.
