I liked Lifestyles Unlimited as well. I was a former member, but haven't been in the game for awhile. I am really leaning on going back. I was a premium member and they really took me by the hand for alot of my learning. I also recommend the 2 day class.

As a novice here all I can really do is look around and see what has been happening around the city.  Where I live in the Copper Field / Bear Creek area is that there have been some heavy bandit sign campaigns here maybe indicating a good area. And in Humble where I wanted to buy a home close to where I work in Generation Park, I could not get a deal fast enough before another investor scooped them up to flip. Maybe looking at small communities around hot ones are also some places to look.
